Continuous Improvement

The continuous improvement cycle, often called the Deming Cycle, is usually depicted with a four-phase Plan-Act-Observe-Reflect sequence. It is the methodology used to heighten organizational performance in areas like governance, transparency, school improvement, ethical trade, environment, energy, social responsibility, and community health. Green River has created continuous-improvement applications in all of these areas—both for internal organizational improvement and improvement on community and supply-chain scales.
