About the Global Challege Award

In the Global Challenge, teams of US high school students collaborate with international counterparts from October to May to address global climate change and compete for over $60,000 in awards.  Students work in pairs with an adult, such as a parent, community member, teacher or older friend.  Global Challenge helps each team find a counterpart in another country.

About our work

GreenRiver.org developed the Web application for students who register for the project.  Our application facilitates the formation of international teams of students, using our Obiki content management system to allow project staff to mange content.
